Present application has been filed on behalf of the applicantsappellants seeking a direction to the respondents to comply with the order dated 18th March, 2024 passed in the present appeal, whereby respondent no.1-GNCTD and respondent no.2-Department of Excise, Entertainment and Luxury Tax were directed to remove the stock lying in the subject premises within the next two weeks and follow the procedure prescribed under Rule 56 of the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010 while disposing of the stock. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the directions in order dated 18th March, 2024 were issued in light of the order dated 26th February, 2024 in LPA 193/2023.

was challenged by respondent no.2 in SLP(C) No. 13919/2024. He further states that vide order dated 26th July, 2024, the Supreme Court has dismissed the said SLP.

He points out that vide order dated 12th August, 2024 in LPA 193/2023 and LPA 206/2023, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has directed the respondents to comply with the orders dated 26th February, 2024. 4.

Keeping in view the above, present application is disposed of with a direction that due compliance will be made by the respondents, bearing in mind the directions contained in the order dated 18th March, 2024 passed by this Court as well as the order dated 26th July, 2024 passed by the Supreme Court.

Needless to state, the respondents/non-applicants will take expeditious steps in complying with the orders. However, compliance will be made not later than two weeks from today.
