This Court by order dated 27.08.2025, had quashed the proceedings arising out of the FIR No.135/2024, registered at Police Station South Campus, noting that the victim's family is satisfied with the compensation amount.

A sum of ₹11,73,000/-, however, was directed to be kept deposited with the Registrar General of this Court in favour of the minor children of the victim to be disbursed in future in terms of the formula as envisaged for distribution of the compensation in terms of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

The amount has since been deposited.

Let the copy of the order be communicated to the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee (DHCLSC) in order to ensure that the amount is distributed to the minor children of the victim in terms of the order dated 27.08.2025. 5.

requirement for the same to the family of the victim. 6.
The Investigating Officer is directed to communicate the order to the DHCLSC and to facilitate the interaction of the DHCLSC with the victim's family if required in future. 7.
