Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties and the Appellant, who is present in-person.

The Parties have settled their disputes through mediation. The Settlement Agreement was entered into between the Parties on 23.12.2025. The Settlement Agreement has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

As per the said Settlement Agreement, the third instalment was to be paid by the Respondents on 23.02.2026, that is the date when the instant Letters Patent Appeal was listed.

Today, a demand draft for ₹3,19,029/- drawn on ICICI Bank has been handed over to the Appellant. A photocopy of the said demand draft is taken on record.

The Appellant, who is present in-person, has stated that the entire payment, as per the Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2025, has been made to her towards full and final settlement between the Parties. We, accordingly, record her statement.

In view of the aforesaid, the Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2025.
