This is an application on behalf of the decree holder filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking release of the amount of Rs. 2,76,18,810/- along with up-to-date accrued interest to the decree holder.

Mr. Mittal, learned counsel for the decree holder, states that in the present case, the arbitral award has attained finality, as the Section 34 petition filed by the judgment debtor has been dismissed by an judgement and order dated 07.07.2021 passed by Commercial Court (District Judge Level), Raipur, Chhattisgarh. 3.
To the best of the knowledge of the decree holder, there is no Section 37 appeal filed against the said order.

In this view of the matter, there is nobody appearing on behalf of the judgment debtor.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed and the amount of Rs. 2,76,18,810/-, along with up-to-date accrued interest, be released to the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
