By virtue of the present petition under present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks following reliefs:- "a. Issue appropriate writ/order/direction thereby quashing the "notice to join enquiry dated: 03.03.2026" and "notice to join enquiry dated 27.03.2026" issued by the office of Station House Officer, Police Station: K N Katju Marg, New Delhi under the sign of respondent no.2;

b. Issue appropriate writ/order/direction thereby directing the respondents to provide copy of complaint of Ankit Ahuja, to petitioner along with all relevant documents, the details of FIR if any registered or Case No. on basis of which enquiry has been initiated by respondents; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c. Issue appropriate writ/order/direction thereby directing the respondents to follow due process of law in making enquiry from petitioner or/and in issuing any further notice to petitioner and to be at par with the judgment in case titled 'Amandeep Singh Johar Vs Govt. ofNCT of Delhi & Ors.' passed by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court the Delhi Police Standing Order no. 109 of 2020 in issuing such notice/s;

d. Issue appropriate writ/order/direction thereby directing the respondents · to allow petitioner to appear through video conferencing, in event he is required to be enquired. e. Issue appropriate writ/order/direction. thereby directing the respondents not to take any coercive action against petitioner if he is willing to cooperate with lawful enquiry by respondents."

Without adverting to the merit involved, learned ASC appearing for the State, upon instructions from the Investigating Officer present in Court, submits that the police have no objection if the petitioner joins the investigation through video conferencing.

Considering the above, since there is nothing remaining herein, the present petition along the pending application, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
