The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner/Claimant-Egis India Consulting Engineers Pvt. It is averred in the petition that the ld. Arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference in the matter on 26th July, 2021. The pleadings were complete on 27th September, 2022. However, the arbitration proceedings are still pending at the stage of evidence of the Claimant and the matter is fixed for further cross examination of CW2 before the Ld. Arbitral Tribunal on 11th March, 2024. The mandate of the ld. Arbitral Tribunal is expiring on 16th March, 2024.

The mandate of the ld. Arbitrator Tribunal is extended till 31st December, 2024. The Ld. Arbitrator would endeavour to conclude the proceedings and pronounce the award by the next date of hearing. 8.
