Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that these petitions are similar to CRL.M.C. 1777/2025, in which the interim stay was granted vide order dated 17.03.2025, but by inadvertent mistake, prayer clauses of these petitions are wrong. Therefore, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
