This is a petition seeking enlargement of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to make and pass an award in DIAC Case File Ref. No. 6964/10-23 by six months.

It is stated by Mr. Bhaduri, learned counsel for the petitioner that the delay has occurred on account of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator has been elevated as a member of NCDRC and the counsel for the claimant was unwell.
