The plaint itself has been rejected on 08.04.2025, in view of the plaintiff's non-compliance of the directions issued by the Court vide judgement dated 27.02.2025.

In fact, the perusal of this application shows that the contents of the application are contrary to the submissions, which were made by the Advocate for the plaintiff before this Court on 27.02.2025. 3.

Be that as it may the suit itself stands dismissed and thus, this application does not survive for consideration. 4.

The application is dismissed as infructuous.
