The present Revision Petition has been filed on behalf of the father of the Complainant challenging the Judgment dated 22.03.2023 vide which Respondents No. 2 to 5 have been acquitted for the offence under Sections 302/498A/304B/34 IPC.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that Respondents No.2 & 3 have died on 09.06.2019 and 14.05.2021.

The present Petition is accordingly dismissed in default and for nonprosecution.
