2. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents on advance notice and on instructions informs the Court that the Petitioners‟ complaints copies of which are annexed as „Annexure A-4‟, and other similar complaints, are being currently examined by a Board of Officers („BOO‟) constituted for that purpose. She states that the decision of the BOO would be available within 4 weeks from today. A copy of the decision be made available to the Petitioners within 2 weeks thereafter.

3. The Court reserves the right of the Petitioners, if aggrieved by the decision of the BOO, to seek appropriate remedies thereafter.

4. The petition is disposed of.
