% 24.01.2018 Petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 2 had married one another on 08.05.2017. This marriage was against the wishes of the parents of petitioner No. 1. The father of petitioner No. 1 has been arrayed as respondent No. 5. He is a resident of District Bulandshar. Learned APP for the state has drawn attention of this Court to the FIR which has been registered by respondent No. 1 against respondent No. 5 at Bulandshar. As on date the petitioners are residing at New Seemapuri, Delhi within the jurisdiction PS Seema Puri. SI Sombir is present from the concerned PS. He informs this Court that the beat constable of the area shall be sensitized and the mobile number of the

beat constable and the concerned SHO will be furnished to the petitioners who are at liberty to contact the said police officials in case of any urgency/emergency and it is needless to state that necessary police protection shall be afforded to the petitioners if and when required.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
