Pursuant to order dated 26.11.2025, the learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that the Defendant has now complied with the terms at Paragraph No.
of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.09.2025 ("Settlement Agreement") and also has paid the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- as per Paragraph No. 5 of the Settlement Agreement from the account of Canwood Industries vide UTR No. 5265182233685 on 22.09.2025.
However, the aforesaid payment made by the Defendant is not made through the account of the Defendant, i.e., Mr. Sarbjeet Arora trading as Lovely Sales Corporation, but has been made through the account of a third-party, i.e., Canwood Industries. The said statement is taken on record. 2.
The learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs further requests that since the terms of the Settlement Agreement are fully complied with, the Suit may be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement between the Parties. Accordingly, the Parties are directed to comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement as agreed between them. The Suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement between the Parties. Let the Decree Sheet be drawn up accordingly.
