The substantive prayer made in the captioned application reads as follows:- " allow correction of the word "submission" as "submit" in para 14 & 15 of the order dated 19.02.2020 passed by this Hon'ble Court;"

According to counsel for the applicant/petitioner, a typographical error has crept in paragraphs 14 & 15 of the judgment dated 19.02.2020 in W.P.(C) 1943/2020

as much as the word "submission" has been incorporated instead of the word "submit" in the aforementioned paragraphs.

I tend to agree with Mr. Amitesh Kumar.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed. 6.

The paragraphs 14 & 15 of the judgment dated 19.02.2020 shall stand corrected to the extent that the word "submit" will stand incorporated instead of the word "submission" in paragraphs 14 & 15 of the judgment. 7.
