Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and the appellant besides making payment of the outstanding arrears has also handed over possession of the suit property to the respondents. In the light of the aforesaid, both the appeals are disposed of, by making it clear that in view of the settlement between the parties, the impugned order will no longer be enforceable. 4.

Further taking into account that the parties have amicably settled their disputes at the initial stage itself, we direct that 75% of the Court fee in RFA(OS) 10/2024 be refunded to the appellant. 5.

The appeals, alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
