Learned counsel for the appellant submits that an affidavit of the appellant has been filed tendering an unconditional apology. The affidavit further states that the appellant will not repeat such incident in future. 2.

The appellant, who is present in person in Court and duly identified by the learned counsel, undertakes that she will not, henceforth, create any hindrance in future to the respondent in the use of the staircase and the main gate for ingress and egress to the second and third floors as well as the terrace of the suit property. 3.

The undertaking given by the appellant is accepted and taken on record.Sheis further bound by the same.

The gate pass of the appellant is handed over and taken on record. The appellant has also signed the order sheet in terms of having made the undertaking. 5.

In view of above, the present appeal is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
