Without prejudice to his rights and contentions and without admitting that the assessment orders were not served earlier, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the certified copies of all assessment orders shall be furnished to the petitioner within one week from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the assurance given, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Commissioner (Appeals) within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
