Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this revision petition has been filed by M/s Mehrauli Dehat Transport Co. Pvt. Ltd. impugning the order dated 13th July, 2016 which was also impugned in RC.Rev.495/2016 by Sh.Ghanshyam Dass, who was residing in the suit property. RC.REV. 39/2017

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that RC.Rev.495/2016 had already been dismissed on 17th October, 2016 and possession has been received by the respondents.

In view of the possession being received by the respondents and dismissal of RC.Rev.495/2016, it appears that petitioner is not interested to pursue this revision petition.

The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. CM No.3612/2017 Dismissed as infructuous.
