Mr. Mayank Manish submits that the issue raised in the captioned petition is covered by the judgment of this Court rendered on 08.01.2020 in a batch of writ petitions, the lead petition being W.P. (C) 12307/2019, titled Shri Vinayak Mahavidyalaya Vs. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr. 4.

A copy of the order is appended on page 39 of the paper book and is marked as Annexure-P4.

Ms. Dwivedi, who, appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondents affirms this position.

To be noted, the substantive prayers made in the writ petition are as follows:- " a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Directions for processing the application of the Petitioner institution seeking recognition for the ITEP course; b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Directions to NCTE to re-accept the processing fee or any other details as desired;"

Accordingly, the prayers made in the writ petition are allowed. 8.
