This petition has been filed with the following prayers: (i) issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct Detailed Medical Examination of petitioner qua the post of Constable (Dhobi/Washerman) advertised by the Central Reserve Police Force pertaining to Paramedical Staff Exam 2020 and if found fit, appoint the petitioner to the post of Constable (Dhobi/Washerman) in Central Reserve Police;

(ii) Pass any such other orders as it may deem fit to this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2.

The stand of the respondents in their counter affidavit is that the petitioner was found unfit by the medical board and the decision of medical board has not been challenged before Review Medical Board ('RMB'). In view of the stand taken by the respondents and the fact that petitioner has not challenged the conclusion drawn by the medical board, this petition is unmerited and the same is accordingly dismissed.
