This suit has been filed on behalf of the Plaintiff for decree of partition in respect of suit property bearing No. Khasra No. 1351(4-16), 1352(4-16), 1359(4-16) and 1362(4-16) situated in the revenue estate of Village Qadipur, Delhi.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of amicable settlement vide order dated 09.09.2024, where they have settled all their inter se disputes and Settlement Agreement 30.01.2025 has been executed, incorporating the terms of settlement, which is placed on record. 3.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

Interim order granted vide order dated 25.11.2021 stands vacated. 7.
