The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued against respondent nos.1 and 2 to register a case under Sections 415/417/418/420/120B/34 of the IPC against respondent nos. 3 to 6.

There are matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and his wife. The petitioner claims that his wife does not have the capacity to bear a child and therefore, he has been cheated.

This Court is, prima facie, of the view that the allegations made by the petitioner does not indicate the commission of an offence. 5.

Notwithstanding the above, it is apparent that the petitioner has an

equally efficacious remedy. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 6.
