The counsel for the defendants states that the defendants no. 2 and 3 are present in person.

The counsel for the plaintiff states that after 27th February, 2020, all the defendants have given an undertaking in writing and which is handed over in the Court and is taken on record and be tagged to Part-I File. 3.

The counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the undertaking given, the plaintiff does not seek the relief of damages against the defendants.

The counsel for the defendants confirms.

A decree is accordingly passed, in favour of the plaintiff and jointly and severally against the defendants, of permanent injunction in terms of CS(COMM) 79/2020

prayer paragraph 45 (i), (ii) and (iii) of the plaint dated 17th February, 2020, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

Decree sheet be prepared.
