These are petitions filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act") seeking following prayers against the respondent:- "a.) Allow the present Petition and consequently pass an interim order/ direction restraining the Respondent from creating any third party rights in the property bearing no. E-12, First Floor, Greater Kailash Enclave-II, New Delhi-110048" 2.
