The present application is filed under section 151 by the applicant/Airline Pilots Association of India to be impleaded as a party. 2.

The counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application but with liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in respect of the subject matter of the present application. 3.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for setting aside certain provisions of Civil Aviation Requirements ("CAR") as detailed in the petition.

Ms. Anjana Gosain, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents stated that the petitioner is not employed in India rather he is employed in Bahrain and is not subjected to Civil Aviation Requirements ("CAR") and the license of the petitioner issued by the Indian Authority has already been expired on 02.02.2021.

Mr. Pranav Sachdeva, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition but with liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceeding regarding the subject matter of the present petition as and when the petitioner shall be subjected to the Civil Aviation Requirements ("CAR") and other regulations in accordance with law. 7.

The present petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
