1. The parties are agreeable to the Court appointing a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of their disputes. It is accordingly ordered that a sole arbitrator shall be appointed and that the arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC').

2. The parties will appear before the DAC on 23rd March, 2017 at 11:00 am for further steps.

3. The petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the Additional Coordinator DAC forthwith.
