This is an application on behalf of the Petitioner for modification of the Order dated 14.03.2024 passed by this Court. 2.

This Court is of the opinion that the said order does not require any modification. In any event, an alternate remedy does exist. 3.

Since the time granted by this Court to the Petitioner to approach the appellate authority expires on 14.04.2024 and taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to extend the time to approach the appellate authority till 30.04.2024. 4.

The application is disposed of.
