By way of the present petition filed under Sections 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('A&C Act'), the petitioner seeks extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal (AT) for a period of 9 months, i.e., till 31.12.2025 for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing of the Award.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal expires on 31.03.2025.
