% 06.03.2020 Present of writ of habeas corpus has been filed by the petitioner (a widowed mother) seeking production of her daughter-Ms.Roshini, who had been missing since 04th November, 2019. Today, learned counsel for the State has produced Ms.Roshini before this Court. Ms.Roshini states that she is thirteen years old and would like to stay with her mother. She assures and undertakes to this Court that she would not run away from her home again. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the Investigating Officer is directed to handover the custody of Ms.Roshini to the petitionermother forthwith.

Accordingly, the present criminal writ petition stands disposed of as satisfied.
