After some hearing, with the consent of the respective counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation made by the petitioner to the Vice Chancellor of the Jawaharlal Nehru University, filed as annexure P8 to the present petition, shall be decided by the Vice Chancellor after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Since the last date for filing the nomination is tomorrow i.e. 15.03.2024, it is agreed that the hearing shall be granted by the Vice Chancellor to the petitioner today itself and a reasoned order shall also be passed.
