O R D E R

CM APPL.32487/2024 (filed on behalf of the petitioner for directions) 1.

By way of this application, the petitioner seeks that she should be dispensed from paying the parking charges as a pre-condition for release of her vehicle, as directed vide order dated 30.04.2024.

After some hearing, with the consent of the parties, it is directed that the petitioner shall pay to the M/s Pineview Technology Private Limited/Respondent No.3:

(i) The penalty amount of Rs.10,000/-;

(ii) Towing charges @ Rs.400; and (iii) Parking charges for the period from 29.02.2024 (when the vehicle of the petitioner was impounded) till 14.03.2024 (on which date this court passed a status quo order on writ petition being filed by the petitioner/applicant) 3.

It is further agreed that the petitioner shall collect her vehicle within a period of three days from today. It is directed accordingly. 4.
