Learned counsel for petitioner draws the attention of this Court to certificate issued by Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences which shows that the medical documents of petitioner's wife have already been verified.

In view of the reply of 27th February, 2019 given by the State before trial court, petitioner is granted interim bail till 1st April, 2019 upon his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court. BAIL APPLN. 557/2019
