Both sides submit that subsequent to last order, they have settled the disputes amicably and the petitioner/tenant has returned possession of the subject premises to the respondents/landlords by handing over keys in court. Learned counsel for both sides have placed on record across the board, the original Agreement cum Surrender Deed which be scanned and be made part of the judicial record.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition. Accordingly, the petition as well as the pending applications stand disposed of as withdrawn.
