The present application has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking compliance of the order dated 27th March, 2025.

Vide the order dated 27th March 2025, the Respondent was directed to release the goods of the Petitioner without any storage charges. 4.

Mr. Harpreet Singh, ld. Counsel for the Respondent submits that communication has been issued to the Central Warehousing Corporation (hereinafter 'CWC') to return the gold item without storage charges within a period of four weeks. The communication dated 21st May, 2025 is placed on record. The CWC is expected to comply with the same. 5.

virtually and they submit that the Petitioner may approach the Customs Department in the airport and they would release the same. 6.

Let the credentials be verified and the release be effected within a period of four weeks.

Ms. Kavita Kathuria, concerned official appearing from the CWC submits that the direction to release ought to be issued by the Deputy Commissioner and not by the Assistant Commissioner of Customs. 8.

Mr. Harpreet Singh, ld. Counsel submits that presently there is no Deputy Commissioner who is posted at CWC.

Accordingly, the CWC shall give effect to the direction given by the Assistant Commissioner of Customs Department in the facts of this case. 10.
