% 02.03.2020 In terms of the directions dated 19.2.2020 and 27.2.2020, the State had been directed to submit a verification report in relation to the card that has been submitted by the petitioner in relation to the ceremonies to be performed at Usha Mata mandir, Sarai Basti, Sarai Rohilla, Shastri Nagar, New Delhi, on 28.2.2020, 1.3.2020, 3.3.2020 and 8.3.2020.

The status report submitted after the verification from the Pujari of the said temple and two neighbours of the deceased is to the effect that the said submissions are wholly erroneous. The petition is thus declined.
