% 19.02.2020 CRL.M.A.3788/2020 (ex.) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

BAIL APPLN. 490/2020 The applicant seeks the grant of anticipatory bail submitting to the effect that she has been falsely implicated in the instant case that in any event, the averments made in the FIR relate only to possible commission of suicide by the deceased, the daughter-in-law of the applicant.

On behalf of the State, reliance is placed on the post mortem report and the MLC of the deceased which indicate that she was though observed to have been brought in an unconscious state and

there was no cardiac activity present and she was further opined to have been declared brought dead on the date 16.01.2020 itself. A submission is made on behalf of the applicant to the effect that there was a delay in the registration of the FIR of two days and that the FIR was crafted with deliberation presently at this stage cannot be accepted. There is thus, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail.

The application is rejected.
