CRL.M.C. 917/2020 CRL.M.C. 922/2020 The present petition is filed by petitioner under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 17.1.2020 in case FIR No. 613 of 2019 for offences punishable under Sections 323/341/354B/506/34 IPC registered at PS Khajuri Khas.

I have perused order dated 17.1.2020, however, the learned Judge while granting anticipatory bail has not given any reason whatsoever. Accordingly, I hereby set aside the order dated 17.1.2020 passed by learned District and Session Judge (North East) Karkardooma, Delhi and direct him to pass a fresh reasoned order on merits. The petitions are, accordingly, disposed of.

It is made clear that till fresh order is passed, no coercive steps shall be taken against respondent No.2.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to appear before said Court on 17.3.2020.
