Crl.M.A.39299/2019 in Crl.M.C.1207/2019 Vide the present application, the applicant/complainant seeks modification of the order dated 23.09.2019 whereby because of the concession granted by the applicant/complainant, a case against Mr.Nirmal Singh Lamba (petitioner herein) was quashed, however, inadvertently, the complaint and consequent proceedings emanating thereto were quashed. Thus, it shows that the complaint pending against the other alleged accused has also been quashed.

I hereby find substance in the submissions of the counsel for the applicant, accordingly, it is made clear that vide order dated 23.09.2019, the complaint and consequent proceedings emanating thereto were quashed only

against Mr.Nirmal Singh Lamba.

In view of above, the application is allowed and disposed of. It is made clear that the present order shall apply in other cases also being Crl.M.C.1225/2019 & Crl.M.C.1203/2019.

It is further made clear that the complaint is revived and the Trial Court is directed to proceed in the complaint against other alleged accused persons.

The applicant/complainant is directed to appear before the Trial Court on 07.11.2019.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
