CRL.M.C. 1207/2019. CRL.M.C. 1225/2019 & CRT .M.r. 1203/2019 Learned counsel for the respondent states at bar that the petitioner did not issue cheque in question. He was not even director at the time of the issuance of cheque. However, inadvertently he is impleaded as party in the complaint pending before the trial court.
Keeping in view the averments made in the present petition and the concession granted by the learned counsel for the respondent, I hereby quash the complaint and consequent proceedings emanating thereto. The petition is accordingly allowed.
