This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i) Respondent may be directed to form common/separate Internal Grievance Cell constituting of Commissioners of all the Respondent to look in to the grievances of the employee at least once in a month and redress them in time bound period. ii) Respondents may be directed to maintain a written record of the grievances discussed and solution arrived and the written Applications/Complaints be redressed/addressed within time bound period.

iii) Respondents may be directed to formulate a Code of Conduct for the nodal agency and the tenure of the same must not be more than two years, to stop arbitrary use of power."

The issue pertains to looking into the grievances of the employees of the respondent. Let the respondents treat this petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioners. The same shall be dealt with sympathetically and appropriate action will be taken as per law by the respondent within three months from today.

Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
