The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that necessary and lawful action be taken on an urgent basis in connection with FIR No. 442/2018, under Sections 3/4 of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999, registered with PS Shakarpur, East Delhi. 2.

Mr Mehra, learned standing counsel submits that the accused has been arrested and is in judicial custody in another case and the concerned officials are proceeding with the FIR in the manner as they consider necessary. 3.

In the circumstances, this Court does not consider it apposite to issue any directions requiring the authorities to take any emergent action.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
