Mediation has succeeded and the report of the Mediation Centre has been received according to which parties have agreed that on or before 15.06.2024, the petitioner/tenant shall vacate the subject premises; that towards cost of furniture and fixtures installed in the subject premises, the respondent/landlord has already paid a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- by way of demand drafts to the petitioner/tenant. Rest of the terms are mentioned in the mediation settlement itself and having examined the same, I am satisfied that the dispute stands settled.

Under these circumstances as requested by both sides the petition is disposed of as compromised. Pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
