The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to initiate action against unauthorised construction carried out by the respondent no.4 in the property bearing Property L Type, In Front Of P. No. C-122 At Khasra No. 780, Near Samosa Chowk, Madanpur Khadar Extn New Delhi-110076 (hereinafter 'subject property'). 2.

Mr. Ashutosh Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD on instructions, submits that a demolition order in respect of the unauthorized construction in the subject property has been passed on 5th January, 2026. Subsequently, demolition action was carried out on 11th March, 2026. He submits that the respondent no.1/MCD shall take further action as may be required in accordance with law. 3.

stands satisfied and the petition is disposed of. 4.
