This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

a. To pass a Writ, order or direction whereby directing the respondent no.2 to refer the complaint no. 812/2021 to Samadhan Delhi High Court mediation & Conciliation Centre, Delhi or mediation Centre, Karkardooma Court, Delhi for amicable settlement of the matrimonial dispute of petitioner and respondent no.3;

b. Pass any other orders or directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.

Mediation report dated 27.10.2022 has been received, according to which several mediation sessions were held between 26.08.2022 and 19.10.2022, however, despite the efforts of the learned Mediator, no W.P.(CRL) 721/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. settlement could be arrived at and mediation has ended as 'Not-Settled'. 3.

Since, the only relief sought in the present petition was to direct Respondent No.2 to refer the parties to mediation, the present petition is infructuous.

The Court is however apprised that the litigations are still pending between the parties before the Trial Court and needless to state, it is always open to the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of their disputes. If parties take steps to settle, the disposal of this petition or the earlier mediation ending in non-settlement will not come in their way from settling.

Petition stands disposed of.
