It is stated by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that Mr. Naresh Kumar has applied for a fresh enlistment as a Sole Proprietor under the name of Maharana Builders & Company. He, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a direction to be given to the Respondents to consider the case of the Mr. Naresh Kumar for a fresh enlistment as a Sole Proprietor under the name of Maharana Builders & Company as expeditiously as possible. 2.
Permission, as sought for, is granted.

In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Respondents to consider the case of enlistment of Maharana Builders & Company which is a Sole Proprietorship of Mr. Naresh Kumar in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
