The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to challenge an order dated 28.02.2025 passed by the learned District Judge-02 and Waqf Tribunal, Patiala House Courts, New Dehi under the provisions of Section 9 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 in PPA No.53/2018. 2.
Learned Counsel for the contesting Respondent No.1 submits on instructions that the possession of the subject premises has been taken over pursuant to the order passed by the learned Trial Court on 11.03.2025. 3.
After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition, to take an alternative appropriate remedies.
