The present Petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking, inter alia, a stay on operation and effect of the Draft Notice of Intention dated 16.03.2026 to terminate the Contract Agreement dated 29.04.2024 ["Agreement"] entered into between the parties. 2.
Mr. Viraj R. Datar, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner candidly states that pursuant to the issuance of "draft" Notice of Intention, apparently dated 02.04.2026, to terminate the Agreement, the Petitioner has been served with a "final" Notice of Intention dated 02.04.2026 to terminate the Agreement. 3.
