Mr. Sharawat has drawn my attention to the order dated 17th May, 2018, passed by the Appellate Committee in the National Skill Development Authority (NSDA), annexed as Annexure P-5 to the writ petition.

He points out that, though, as per direction No.5, contained in the said order, the instructions listed in Annexure A/6 were to be communicated, by e-mail to physically place the face before the Appellate Committee as per the Schedule at Annexure A/8, no such email was received by his client, as a consequence whereof, he was unable to place the relevant facts before the Appellant Committee. 3.

In the circumstances, he submits that the Appellate Committee be directed to process his application in accordance with law. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has been handed over the file of this case only yesterday and seeks a short

adjournment to take instructions.
