I was, prima facie, of the view that, as the substantive relief, prayed for in the writ petition, is for allowing the petitioner to appear in the examination to be conducted by Respondent No.1, who is situated outside the territorial boundaries of the jurisdiction of this Court, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional authority.

However, the petitioner, who appears in person, submits that he is giving up prayer (i) in the writ petition and confines the writ petition to the prayers (ii) and (iii).

In the circumstances, issue notice on the writ petition, limited to the prayers (ii) and (iii) therein.
