The petition has been filed seeking the direction to the respondent no.1 and 2 to include the petitioner as an eligible athlete under the Scheme Mukhyamantri Khel Protsahan Yojana. This Scheme seems to have been framed for sport persons who achieved Gold Medal at the 38th National Games, Uttarakhand 2025.

The petitioner claims to be a Taekwondo Athlete who has represented Delhi under the 80 kg category at the 38th National Games, Uttarakhand 2025. The petitioner claims to have secured a Gold Medal. 3.

Under the aforesaid Scheme, the petitioner claims to be entitled for cash incentives. The petitioner, therefore, made representations before the respondents. However, on account of inaction by the respondents, she has approached this Court.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 and 2 and learned counsel for respondent no.4, appear and accept notice.

Keeping in mind the short controversy, the Court finds that the petition itself can be disposed of issuing the directions to respondent no.2 to deal with the petitioner's pending representation with due expedition within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order passed today.

Let a copy of the petition along with this order be sent to respondent no.2 by learned counsel who represents the said respondent. 8.

Let an appropriate order be passed by the concerned authority, within the time stipulated above.
